Camellia Talk and Flash Sale

Join us at noon on Thursday, February 19, at Eudora Welty House & Garden in the potting shed for a flash sale and talk with Paige Mizell of Mizell Camellia Hill Nursery on growing camellias in your home garden. Free Sundays at the Two Mississippi Museums

Admission to the Two Mississippi Museums is free every Sunday. This includes admission to the Hurricane Katrina: Mississippi Remembers, Photographs by Melody Golding on display through November 7. HORNE, a Ridgeland-based professional services firm, is the title sponsor of the exhibit.

Sunday Screening: Possum Town

Join us for a screening of Possum Town, a feature-length documentary that explores the legacy of O. N. Pruitt’s photographs in the lives of people from Columbus, Mississippi, at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 1, in the Craig H. Neilsen Auditorium.

Welty Wednesdays

Join the Eudora Welty House & Garden (EWHG) for Welty Wednesdays beginning Wednesday, January 8. In honor of 1119 Pinehurst Street's 100-year anniversary, free admission will be offered every Wednesday, in addition to the long-standing tradition of free admission on the 13th of each month honoring Welty’s April 13 birthday.
