The Museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum are partnering with the Daughters of the American Revolution, Mississippi Veterans Affairs, and the Mississippi War Veterans Memorial Commission to honor Mississippians who serve and have served in the United States Armed Forces. Friday, December 7, 2018 4:30–8:30 p.m. Christmas by Candlelight Tour. This popular annual event features seasonal decorations, live holiday music, and refreshments at the Governor’s Mansion, Eudora Welty House and Garden, Manship House Museum, Mississippi State Capitol, Two Mississippi Museums, and Old Capitol Museum. The beloved model trains of Possum ridge will run at the Two Mississippi Museums.
