For the first edition of the 2020 #UndertheLight series, panelists will discuss the importance of black landowners to the modern struggle for civil rights. Tougaloo College history professor Daphne Chamberlain, will moderate the discussion. Panelists include Dennis Dahmer, civil rights veterans Flonzie Brown-Wright, Hollis Watkins, Roosevelt Hawkins Sr., and Daphne Chamberlain, Tougaloo College Dean of Social Sciences.
